Our planned management experience includes property marketing, renter verification and screening, digital leasing, rent collection, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination. The available services, pricing, and responsibilities will be set out in a management agreement before you sign.
Founding property partners will get limited rent protection included: if a tenant doesn’t pay, Veynest will cover the rent up to a set limit. The limit and conditions will be written into your management agreement before you sign. It’s a contractual commitment from Veynest, not an insurance product.
In Texas, managing someone else’s rental property for a fee requires a real estate license. Our property management services will be provided through a broker licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), and we won’t manage any property before that license is active.
Rent and security deposits will be kept in a dedicated trust account, separate from Veynest’s own money, as Texas rules require. Owners will get a statement for every payment, and renters’ deposits will be returned or itemized within the deadlines set by Texas law.
