Renting somewhere new shouldn’t feel like a gamble. Here’s what you can count on when you apply with Veynest.
Requirements before you pay.
You’ll see the qualification criteria and every fee before you apply. No surprise charges after you’ve paid.
The same standards for everyone.
Every applicant is evaluated by the same written criteria. No U.S. credit history? You can add other proof, like income or savings, as an extra way to qualify.
Your data, your consent.
We’ll check credit or background only with your permission. If we can’t approve you, we’ll tell you in writing, including which report we used and how to dispute it. We never sell your information.
Real homes, verified owners.
Every home we list will be one we manage under a written agreement with its owner. You’ll pay only through our official portal, never by wire transfer or in cash.
Your deposit, by the book.
A move-in inspection with photos, and your deposit returned or itemized within the deadlines Texas law sets.

Not yet. We’re preparing our operation in Austin, Texas. Property owners can already express interest in our founding owner program, and renters can join the waitlist. Homes, applications, and management will open in phases, and we’ll let you know about each next step.
You may have options. We’re building a qualification process that can consider supported financial documentation, such as income and savings, alongside other eligibility criteria. Limited U.S. credit history alone shouldn’t tell your whole story. Available verification methods will be explained before you apply; qualification and approval are never guaranteed.
No. Joining the renter waitlist or expressing interest as a property owner is free and comes with no commitment. We’ll share any future application costs, service fees, and requirements before you decide to move forward.
